You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Both opened and unopened items are eligible for return.
To initiate your return, please contact our support team at help@momenty-orbs.store with your order number and the reason for your return (optional). We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with a free prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions.
Returned products must be in reasonable condition, with all original components and packaging (if available). Items damaged through misuse or neglect may not qualify for a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company first — processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@momenty-orbs.store. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed in most cases.
We accept almost all returns; however, items that are intentionally damaged, heavily used, or missing major parts may be rejected. In such cases, we’ll contact you with photo proof before making a decision.
Return shipping is 100% free. We’ll provide a prepaid label — you never pay for return postage.
